This 100% pure beeswax wired foundation is reinforced with vertical wires to provide added strength and stability in the hive. During manufacturing, the wax is melted around the wires, helping prevent slipping or sagging once installed and while bees are drawing comb.

Wired beeswax foundation offers improved support compared to unwired foundation and is well suited for use in active colonies when installed in compatible frames.
